• Organize and oversee the veterinary management of the herd, including preventive healthcare, diagnostics, treatment, and reproductive management.
• Monitor animal health and productivity, implementing measures to improve key performance indicators.
• Support the Farm Manager by assigning tasks, training employees, and ensuring compliance with operational standards and procedures.
• Analyze production and veterinary performance indicators, including milk yield, disease incidence, culling rates, reproductive performance, and somatic cell counts.
• Monitor compliance with herd management practices, including housing, feeding, milking procedures, and production processes.
• Collaborate with external veterinary consultants and diagnostic laboratories.
• Maintain production records and reports, plan veterinary activities, and participate in implementing modern technologies and farm development projects.

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or a related field.
• Experience working with dairy cattle is preferred; candidates willing to learn are also encouraged to apply.
